Live and streamed sessions from 77 Tay Street, Invercargill — cosy, practical, and designed for your living room.
Each masterclass runs 40 to 45 minutes and follows a clear structure: welcome and intention-setting (two minutes), dynamic warm-up (eight minutes), main movement block (25 minutes), and cool-down with breathing (five to eight minutes). Instructors demonstrate three levels of every exercise — foundation, standard, and progression — so you choose what fits your body today.
In-person spots are limited to 12 participants at our Tay Street studio. Streamed members join via a private link and can ask questions in the chat during designated Q&A breaks. Recordings remain available for 48 hours after each live session for those in different time zones across New Zealand.
We do not use mirrors as a focus tool. Instead, instructors give verbal and visual cues from multiple angles so you learn to feel correct positions rather than depend on external reflection. That skill transfers directly to solo home practice.

Join the warm-up even if you are streaming — do not jump into the main block cold. Stay for the cool-down to bring your heart rate down gradually.
Streamed members are never required to turn on their camera. Instructors cannot provide individual form corrections without video, so move at a conservative pace if training alone.
